• Where is the store based?

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  We sure do!

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Most orders ship the same day if placed before 3pm EST. However, costume orders may take 1 to 2 business days. The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. For details, see individual items.

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 5 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

• I ordered slime and it arrived sticky. What now?

  Shipping conditions and transit times tend to be hot and cause the slime to arrive sticky. Don't worry, each order of slime comes with a small sealed bag with activator and directions on how to use it.

  You may need to use a little bit each time you play with your slime, as slime does degrade and get sticky quickly, depending on time, temperature & humidity.

• How do I use the small bag of activator that came with my slime?

  Always mix your activator with 1 cup of very warm water and then stir until it's COMPLETELY dissolved before adding to your slime. We like to use an old water bottle. This makes it easy to shake it up and stir it. Plus you can poke a tiny hole in the cap for easy dispensing and storing. (Don't forget to mark the bottle)

  Be sure to add only tiny bits at a time to your slime, thoroughly knead or massage your slime to integrate the activator and then add a little more until you reach the perfect texture.

• What do I do with the remaining activator I dissolved once I am done using it?

  Please do save your leftover activator in a sealed container. Mark it to be sure that no one uses it or throws it out. Once it's mixed, it doesn't have to be warm to use it, that's just to help it to dissolve faster.
